摘要
采用金相显微镜、高频红外碳硫仪、电感耦合等离子体发射光谱、数显布氏硬度计等,对42CrMo钢拉杆开裂原因进行分析。结果表明,42CrMo钢的化学成分符合技术标准要求,回火组织不均匀,基体组织非金属夹杂物超标。拉杆淬火时形成的组织应力在回火时没有完全消除,拉杆所受内应力大于材料本身强度是造成拉杆矫直开裂的主要原因。
The cracking reason of 42 CrMo steel pull rod is analyzed by metallurgical microscope,high frequency infrared carbon/sulfur detector,inductive coupled plasma emission spectrometer,digital brindle hardness tester etc.The results show that the chemical composition of 42 CrMo steel meets the requirement of technical standard,microstructure is inhomogeneity after tempering,nonmetallic inclusions are excessive in the matrix structure.The structural stress of the pull rod formed in the quenching is not full removed during the tempering.The internal stress of the pull rod is greater than strength of the material itself,which is the main reason for straightening cracking of the pull rod.
