渗碳淬火工艺对12Cr2Ni4钢内氧化级别的影响 被引量:4

摘要 对12Cr2Ni4钢进行渗碳淬火工艺试验,研究了预备热处理、渗碳保温时间、渗碳后淬火方式对12Cr2Ni4钢内氧化级别的影响。采用金相法检验表层内氧化层的深度,并按照国家标准对内氧化评级。结果表明:预备热处理采用调质的抗内氧化能力是明显好于正回火的;一次淬火的抗内氧化能力明显好于二次淬火的;随着渗碳保温时间的延长,表层内氧化层的深度增加。因此,预备热处理后采用调质、渗碳后采用一次淬火、渗碳保温时间缩短可以明显减小表层内氧化的层深。 The effect of carburizing and quenching process on inner oxidation rating of 12 Cr2 Ni4 steel was tested.The effects of preparation heat treatment,carburizing holding time and quenching method after carburizing on inner oxidation of 12 Cr2 Ni4 steel were studied.Metallographic method was used to examine the depth of the inner oxidation layer in the surface layer,and inner oxidation rating was evaluated according to the national standards.The results show that for the ability of inner oxidation resistance the preparation heat treatment with quenching and tempering is obviously better than that of normalizing+tempering.The ability of inner oxidation resistance of once quenching is obviously better than that of twice quenching.The depth of inner oxidation layer in surface layer increases with the extension of carburizing time.Therefore,preparation heat treatment with quenching and tempering,once quenching after carburizing and shortening carburizing holding time can significantly reduce the inner oxidation depth in the surface layer.
