摘要
球化退火是紧固件生产中极为耗能和耗时的工序,本文从生产和设备实际出发,维护保养设备,结合工艺技术,确保球化退火组织转变所需的保温时间,控制冷却速度,分析、控制和解决了盘圆钢球化退火的质量和成本。
Spheroidizing annealing is a very energy-consuming and time-consuming process in the production of fasteners.The quality and cost of spheroidizing annealing of wire rod steel is analyzed,controlled and solved from the actual production and equipment,maintenances equipment,combines with process technology to ensure the holding time needed for transformation of spheroidizing annealing structure and controlling cooling rate in this paper.
