应用于汽车的聚烯烃微孔材料的开发

摘要 本文主要介绍了聚烯烃微孔(泡沫)材料的研究及应用,对基料及配方的筛选,工艺的比较,进行了一些探索,认为以目前国产的聚烯烃树脂为原料能生产出满足汽车及相关领域要求的聚烯烃微孔材料.由于泡沫微孔材料容重轻,导热系数小,价格低廉,能隔音、隔热、缓冲,物理性能改性范围大,而得到了广泛应用,成为塑料材料的一个独立领域。孔径10微米以下的微发泡材料,不仅比重减小,而且性能得到增强,对于汽车轻量化意义重大。 This paper introduces research and application of polyolefin micro-porous(foam) materials, and carry out explores on raw materials, formulation, and process analysis. The conclusion is that the polyolefin resin in domestic can be used as raw materials to produce the polyolefin microporous materials, which meet the requirements of automotive and other related industry.The foam materials with micro-porous have excellent features in density, thermal conductivity, price, sound and heat insulation, cushioning, modification of mechanical properties, thus it has been used widely and become a separate field of plastic materials. Micro-porous foam material with 10μm or less in aperture, not only reduce the proportion,, but also enhance mechanical performance, it is significant for lightweight in automotive.
