超敏C反应蛋白检测对心脑血管病诊断的临床意义 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨检测超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)对心脑血管病诊断的临床意义。方法采用散射免疫比浊法检测脑血管病患者、心血管病患者和健康体检者hs-CRP的水平,并对患者治疗前后hs-CRP水平进行分析。结果脑血管病患者的血清hsCRP(13.4±3.52)mg/L和心血管病患者的血清hs-CRP(15.3±3.46)mg/L与正常对照组hs-CRP(1.8±1.13)mg/L比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);各组患者治疗前后hs-CRP水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血清hs-CRP水平的增高与冠心病的发生和发展显著相关,其可以作为临床诊断心脑血管疾病的一个重要参考指标。
