深静脉血栓研究的近5年文献计量分析

Literature analysis of deep vein thrombosis in the recent five years

目的深入了解世界各国对深静脉血栓疾病的研究情况,客观描述不同国家对此类疾病的研究探索能力和影响力。方法通过检索最近5年ISI Web of Knowledge的Web of Science数据库为检索对象,检索字段以"deep vein thrombosis"为主题词的所有已发表文献;采用文献计量分析的方法,分析相关文献在国家/地区、机构、来源出版物、年发文章量、年引文数量和引用排名在前10位的文献。对中国知网数据库以"深静脉血栓"作为主题词的中文文献进行简要分析,数据库检索的时间跨度从2013年1月1日至2017年12月31日。结果英文文献在Web of Science数据库中检索得到6 982条结果;发文量与引文数量呈逐年递增趋势;美国发文量占36.17%,排名前10名的机构中拥有4席;Thrombosis Research杂志载文最多;中文文献以上海交通大学发文量最多。结论深静脉血栓一直以来受到各国医学界的重视,西方国家在此领域具有较强的科研实力,美国首当其冲,中国在此领域与国际同行相比还有较大差距。

Objective To investigate the situation of study on deep vein thrombosis in the world,and to describe the science power and influence power of related countries,institutions and scientists.Methods All literatures using 'deep vein thrombosis' as keyword were retrieved from the Web of Science database of ISI Web of Knowledge for the last five years.Bibliometric analysis was used to find top 10 related literatures on deep vein thrombosis in the list of country/region,institution,source publication,annual number of publication,annual number of citation and citation ranking.Chinese literatures with 'deep vein thrombosis' as keyword were retrieved and analyzed by using CNKI database as retrieval object.The data was retrieved from January 1,2013 to December 31,2017.Results 6 982 information bits were retrieved from Web of Science database;the number of scientific journal publications and citation has increased progressively;the number of publication from USA accounted for 36.17%in that of the whole world;there were 4 medical institutions come from USA among the top 10 institutions.The volume of published article in Thrombosis Research was the highest;Shanghai Jiao Tong University occupied the forefront of the number of Chinese publication.Conclusion Much attention has been paid to deep vein thrombosis in various countries;USA plays a leading role in this field;Western countries confirm strong performance in this fields;China still lag behind global peers.
