摘要
辅酶Q10(CoQ10)是一种醌环类化合物,广泛存在于动植物及微生物细胞内,其在氧化磷酸化、细胞凋亡、体内自由基清除和增强机体免疫力等方面起着重要作用,被生物学家称为维生素Q。CoQ10合成酶编码基因的多态性影响机体内CoQ10水平,这为将其作为候选基因用于布莱凯特黑牛育种提供了可能。作者就CoQ10参与氧化磷酸化和清除自由基的作用机制、合成限速酶编码基因定位及结构等内容进行阐述,为借助分子标记技术促进国内肉牛新品种培育提供参考。
CoQ10is a quinone ring compound,existing in flora and fauna extensively,some biologists named it vitamin Q as it play apart in oxidative phosphorylation,regulation of apoptosis,radical scavenging,enhancing immunity and so on.The polymorphism of genes encoding CoQ10's synthase influence the level of CoQ10 and this makes it possible that treating the genes as markers in breeding of Black cattle.The mechanism of CoQ10 in oxidative phosphorylation and regulation of apoptosis,location and structure of the genes encoding CoQ10's synthase were summarized in this article.These materials provide reference for beef breeding in molecular marker technology.
