细节管理对急诊呼吸衰竭患者治疗效果的影响

Effect of Detail Management on Therapeutic Effect of Emergency Respiratory Failure Patients

目的观察细节管理对急诊内科呼吸衰竭患者生命体征及治疗效果的影响。方法将2013年1月至2015年8月收治的46例患者纳入对照组,实施常规护理,另将2015年9月至2018年2月收治的46例患者纳入观察组,在常规护理的基础上实施细节管理。比较两组患者生命体征及治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组患者生命体征改善情况及治疗效果均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论细节管理可以帮助改善急诊内科呼吸衰竭患者的生命体征指标,并有效缩短患者机械通气治疗时间,有利于患者治疗效果的巩固与预后恢复。

Objective To observe the influence of detail management on the vital signs and therapeutic outcome in patients with respiratory failure in emergency internal medicine. Methods A total of 46 patients with respiratory failure admitted to our hospital accepting routine care from January 2013 to August 2015 were included in the control group. And 46 patients with respiratory failure admitted to our hospital from September 2015 to February 2018 accepting detail management apart from routine care were included in the observation group. The vital signs and therapeutic outcome of the two groups were observed and compared. Results After intervention, the improvement of vital signs and therapeutic outcome in the observation group were more significant than the control group, and the difference were statistically significant(p<0.05). Conclusion Detail management can help improve the vital signs of patients with respiratory failure in emergency internal medicine, effectively shorten the time of mechanical ventilation therapy, which is conducive to better therapeutic outcome and prognosis.
