摘要
目的调查急诊科护士同情心疲乏的现况并分析其影响因素。方法运用一般人口学资料调查问卷、护士道德困境量表、医护人员同情心疲劳量表对浙江省11所三级甲等综合医院的270名急诊科护士开展调查。结果急诊科护士道德困境处于轻度水平;同情心疲乏处于中等水平。Spearman相关系数显示道德困境与同情心疲乏呈正相关。多元线性回归分析显示,急诊科护士的道德困境总分、职务、对经济收入满意情况、对科室夜班安排满意度、自觉自己能否胜任急诊科工作是同情心疲乏的影响因素(p<0.001)。结论急诊科护士存在同情心疲乏的现状,应针对影响因素制定干预措施,降低护士的同情心疲乏水平。
Objective To investigate the current situation of nurses’ compassion fatigue in emergency department and to analyze the influencing factors. Method The general demographic data questionnaire, Moral Distress Scale-revised(MDS-R), and medical staff compassion fatigue scale were used to investigate 270 nurses from emergency department of 11 tertiary Class-A hospitals in Zhejiang Province. Results The moral distress of emergency department nurses was at a mild level;and compassion fatigue were at a medium level. The Spearman correlation coefficient showed that moral distress was positively correlated with compassion fatigue. Multivariate linear regression analysis showed that the total score of moral distress, the position, the satisfaction with income, the satisfaction with the night shift arrangement, and the self-cognition of whether being qualified for the job were the factors affecting the compassion fatigue in nurses of emergency department(p<0.001). Conclusion Compassion fatigue existed in nurses in emergency department, and it should be addressed with interventions targeting influencing factors.
