摘要
目的观察"移动互联网+"人文微课程模式学习对改善护士人文素养及满意度的效果。方法采用方便抽样法,选取浙江省某三甲医院在职的772名护士为研究对象,所有研究对象均完成为期12个月的"移动互联网+"人文微课程模式的连续学习。学习结束后,采用改良版平衡积分卡对研究对象的学习效果进行评价。结果经过12个月的学习后,护士学习效果评估总分为(93.96±5.41分)、护士学习满意度总分为(25.83±0.21分)、创新与学习成长总分(13.15±1.22分)和时间管理总分(12.83±1.39分)与学习前相比差异具有统计学意义(p<0.05),显示护士人文素养明显改善。结论通过"移动互联网+"人文微课程模式的连续学习,能有效改善护士的人文素养,提高护士综合满意度,有利于改善护患关系和医疗环境。
Objective To observe the effect of 'Internet+' humanity Online course on improving the humanistic quality and satisfaction of nurses. Methods A convenient sampling method was used to select 772 nurses from a tertiary hospital in Zhejiang Province. All the subjects learned 'Internet+' humanity Online course continuously for 12 months. After the learning, the learning outcome of the subjects were evaluated with revised balanced score card. Results After 12 months of learning, the total score of learning outcome(93.96±5.41), nurses’ learning satisfaction(25.83±0.21), innovation and learning growth(13.15±1.22 points), and of time management(12.83±1.39) was statistically different(p<0.05) compared with those before the learning, indicating that the nurses’ humanistic qualities significantly improved. Conclusion The continuous learning of the ' Internet +' humanity Online course can effectively improve the humanistic quality and the comprehensive satisfaction of nurses, and help improve the relationship between nurses and patients and the medical environment.
