柔性管理对儿童急诊科护理人员职业倦怠的影响

Effect of Flexible Management on Occupational Burnout of Nurses Working in Pediatric Emergency Department

目的探讨柔性管理对儿童急诊科护理人员职业倦怠的影响,为儿童急诊科护理管理提供思路。方法对儿童急诊科管理模式进行改革,比较实施柔性管理前后护理人员职业倦怠的发生情况,评估柔性管理成效。结果柔性管理前,护理人员情感耗竭(EE)、去人格化(DP)得分高于常模,个人成就感(PA)得分比常模低,差异有统计学意义(p<0.05);柔性管理后,护理人员EE得分较管理前有所降低,但仍高于常模,差异显著(p<0.05);管理后职业倦怠发生率低于管理前,差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论开展柔性管理能在一定程度上改善护理人员职业倦怠现状,对于降低护理人员的情感耗竭度,改善去人格化具有良好的效果。

Objective To explore the effect of flexible management on the occupational burnout among nurses working in pediatric emergency department and provide ideas for the management of pediatric emergency department nursing.Methods We used flexible management to reform the management mode of pediatric emergency department.We then compared the occurrence of job burnout among nurses before and after the implementation of flexible management and evaluated the effectiveness of flexible management.Results Before the implementation of flexible management,the scores of emotional exhaustion(EE)and depersonalization(DP)among nurses were higher than the norm,and the scores of personal achievement(PA)were lower than the norm.The differences were statistically significant(p<0.05).After the implementation of flexible management,the EE score of the nurses was reduced than before,but still higher than the norm,and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).The incidence of job burnout after implementation was lower than before,and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of flexible management can improve the status quo of nursing staff’s job burn to a certain extent and has a good effect on reducing the EE of nursing staff and improving DP.
