摘要
人力资源是医院战略最重要的资源,需要科学合理地开发利用。只有切实提高医院的行政管理能力才能真正提高服务水平、跟进社会发展趋势,更好地满足人民的医疗服务需求。本文就目前人力资源管理的基本特征以及现实情况,探讨如何提高医院人力资源管理的能力,促进医院工作的可持续发展。
Human resource has become the most important resource of hospital strategy,which needs to be developed and utilized scientifically and rationally.Only by effectively improving the administrative management capacity of the hospital can we truly improve the service level,follow up the social development trend,and better meet the people’s medical service needs.This paper investigated the basic characteristics of human resources management and the actual situation,investigated how to improve the ability of hospital human resource management,and promote the sustainable development of hospital work.
