符合JCI标准的医务人员资质审核体系建设与探讨

Discussion on Construction of Medical Staff Qualification Review System Based on JCI Standards

在JCI标准的指导下,宁波市第二医院结合医院实际建立了医务人员资质审核体系。文章分别从确定医务人员资质范围、梳理查证途径、建立合理的查证流程、完善资质同质化管理四个方面分析了《JCI国际医院认证标准》中有关医务人员资质审核的具体要求,在构建医院医务人员资质审核体系建设过程中,遵循JCI国际医院认证标准中的相关要求,建立与完善了医院医务人员资质审核管理体系。

Based on the guidance of the JCI standards,Ningbo No.2 Hospital has established a medical staff qualification review system in conjunction with the actual situation of the hospital.The article analyzed the specific requirements of qualification review of medical staff in the JCI Accreditation Standards for Hospitals,from four aspects:determining the scope of medical staff qualifications,reviewing verification methods,establishing a reasonable verification process,and improving homogeneous management of qualification.During the construction of the medical staff qualification review system,we followed requirements in the JCI Accreditation Standards for Hospitals.As a result,we constructed and improved the medical staff qualification review system.
