Exploration on "Internet+ Maternal and Child Health" Practice in Hangzhou

为实现系统、规范的妇幼健康服务,杭州市探索基于"互联网+妇幼健康"的新型服务模式,通过制定产科门诊电子病历标准,建立杭州市妇幼数据中心,建构智能化高危评估模型和预警体系,推广使用电子版《母子健康手册》等系列措施,实现了妇幼健康数据的互通共享、全程管理、大数据分析和医患互动。

In order to realize systematic and standardized maternal and child health services,Hangzhou explored a new service model based on the'Internet+maternal and child health'.By drawing up an electronic medical record standard for obstetric clinics,Hangzhou established a women and child health data center,constructed an intelligent high-risk assessment model and early warning system,and promoted the use of electronic version of Maternal and Child Health Handbook,in order to achieve the sharing of maternal and child health data,whole process management,big data analysis and doctorpatient interaction.
