摘要
医院门诊分诊不符合患者医疗需求的问题,在影响患者就医体验增加患者负担的同时,降低科室运营效率、空耗医疗资源。本研究采用回顾性研究设计,获取医院门诊2017年9月的退、换号数据、门诊分诊台操作数据与患者人口学资料进行分析。探究分诊失效的影响因素,分析原因,提出解决方案,并探求与智能技术结合解决的方式与前景。
The outpatient triage that dissatisfied the medical demand of patients influenced patients’experience,increased patient burden,reduced operation efficiency of departments,and wasted medical resources.This study used retrospective study design,obtaining the data of returning and changing registration,operation data of outpatient triage center,and patient demographic information in September,2017.This article explored the influencing factors of triage failure,analyzed the causes,put forward solutions,and discussed the approach and prospect of combining triage with intelligence technology.
