全髋关节置换患者出院准备度及其影响因素分析

Analysis of Discharge Readiness and Influencing Factors in Patients with Total Hip Replacement

目的探讨全髋关节置换患者出院准备度现状及其影响因素。方法采用患者一般资料问卷和出院准备度量表对167例全髋关节置换患者于出院当天上午进行调查。结果 73.7%的患者可出院,出院准备度各维度、各条目平均得分较低的三项依次为全髋预防措施、日常生活和家庭锻炼;婚姻状况、有无引流管和术后髋关节功能Harris评分均为患者出院准备度的影响因素(p<0.05)。结论大部分全髋关节置换患者做好了出院的准备;医护人员应根据患者出院准备度的影响因素为患者制定个体化、针对性的护理计划,提高患者出院准备度,提高患者的生活质量。

Objective To investigate the status quo and impact factors of discharge readiness in patients with total hip replacement.Methods A total of 167 patients after total hip replacement were investigated on the morning of discharge by the general information questionnaire and discharge readiness scale.Results 73.7%of the patients were readied for discharge.The patients got low scores in preventive measures,daily life and exercise at home among the dimensions and terms of discharge readiness.Marital status,whether there was drainage tube and Harris hip score were impact factors of discharge readiness(p<0.05).Conclusion Most patients after total hip replacement were ready for discharge.Medical staff should formulate individualized and targeted nursing plans for patients according to the impact factors of discharge readiness,and improve their discharge readiness and their quality of life.
