摘要
通过参观香港玛丽医院急诊科,介绍了其以人为本、以患者为中心的服务理念,提出主动更新思想观念,加强学习。通过借鉴玛丽医院的科学管理经验及先进的急诊抢救制度,注重细节,从大处着眼,从小处着手,我们才能在医疗市场竞争中赢得患者,进而服务社会,造福人民。
This article introduced the people-oriented and patient-centered service principle of Queen Mary Hospital in Hongkong based on the visit to emergency department of Queen Mary Hospital in Hongkong.It was believed that learning from the scientific management experience and advanced emergency first-aid system,emphasizing details and taking a wider view could help the hospital attract the patients,so that they could serve the society and benefit people.
