运用1+3质量管理模式对院内感染发生率较高的ICU进行持续改进。通过分析查找根原因,有针对性地优化医疗环境及服务流程,加强院内感染相关操作的规范性,积极推行集束化管理,制定相应的改进措施和制度,有效地降低了ICU住院患者院内感染发生率,提升了医疗服务品质。

The'1+3'quality management model was adopted for continuous quality improvement to address the high incidence of nosocomial infection in ICU.The primary causes of nosocomial infection were analyzed and identified.Medical environment and service procedures were optimized.The operations related to nosocomial infection were standardized.And bundle management was actively promoted in the hospital.Corresponding measures and system for quality improvement were decided.With these measures,the incidence of nosocomial infection in ICU was effectively reduced.Besides,the quality of medical service got improved.
