综合护理对老年股骨骨折患者焦虑、抑郁情绪的影响

Effect of comprehensive nursing on anxiety and depression of senile patients with femoral fracture

目的观察分析综合护理对老年股骨骨折患者焦虑、抑郁情绪的影响。方法选取2015年1月～2016年6月与我院就诊的老年股骨骨折患者88例,随机均分为观察组(n=44)与对照组(n=44),对照组患者给予常规护理,观察组患者在此基础上给予综合护理,对比两组患者的护理效果。结果观察组患者护理后的焦虑评分、抑郁评分均显著低于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的术后2周、4周、6周功能恢复情况显著优于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的护理满意度97.73%显著高于对照组的75%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在常规护理的基础之上给予综合护理能够有效缓解老年股骨骨折患者焦虑、情绪情绪,促进患者的术后功能恢复,患者护理满意度较高,具有临床推广使用价值。

Objective To observe the effect of comprehensive nursing on anxiety and depression of elderly patients with femoral fracture. Methods From January 2015 June ~2016 88 cases of elderly patients with femoral fracture treated in our hospital were collected and randomly divided into the observation group,(n=44)and the control group(n=44),the control group were given routine nursing care,observation group were given comprehensive nursing care on the basis of the conventional nursing,the ratio of the nursing effect between the two groups were compared before and after nursing care. Results Anxiety and depression evaluation scores in the observation group after nursingwere significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);2 weeks,4 weeksand 6 weeks after nursing care,the functional recovery in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of conventional nursing care,comprehensive nursing can effectively relieve patients anxiety and depression mood of elderly patients with femoral fracture,promote functional recovery and get higher nursing satisfaction,thus,it is worthy of clinical application.
