产后抑郁患者血清COR、E2、5-HT、血浆孤啡肽水平变化及其相关性分析 被引量:31

摘要 目的探讨产后抑郁与患者血清5-羟色胺(5-HT)、皮质醇(COR)、雌激素(E2)、血浆孤啡肽变化的关系。方法选取我院2012年12月~2017年12月确诊的产后抑郁患者80例(抑郁组)、选取同期分娩未发生产后抑郁的80例产妇作为对照组,分别检测两组产妇的血清COR、E2、5-HT及血浆孤啡肽水平,并分析上述指标与爱丁堡产后抑郁量表(EPDS)评分的相关关系。结果Logistic回归分析:抑郁组的血浆孤啡肽水平升高、血清5-HT水平降低是产妇并发产后抑郁的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论血浆孤啡肽水平升高、血清5-HT水平降低可能导致产妇发生产后抑郁,产后检测这两项指标有利于产后抑郁的早期诊断及干预。 Objective To investigate the relationship between postpartum depression and serum serotonin(5-HT),cortisol(COR),estrogen(E2),plasma orphanphin.Methods A total of 80 cases of postpartum depression(depression group)diagnosed in our hospital(2012.12~2017.12)and 80 cases of postpartum depression with no postpartum depression were selected as control group.Serum COR,E2,and 5-HT were measured in two groups of women.Plasma orphanin levels were analyzed and correlations between the above indicators and the Edinburgh Postpartum Depression Scale(EPDS)score were analyzed.Results Logistic regression analysis showed that elevated plasma orphanphin levels and decreased serum 5-HT levels in the depressive group were independent of maternal postpartum depression.Risk factors(P<0.05).Conclusion Elevated plasma orphanphin levels and decreased serum 5-HT levels may lead to maternal postpartum depression,and postpartum testing may facilitate early diagnosis and intervention.
