米氮平对慢性酒精中毒周围神经病患者抑郁、焦虑情绪的影响

The effect of mirtazapine on depression and anxiety in patients with chronic alcohol-toxic peripheral neuropathy

目的观察米氮平对慢性酒精中毒性周围神经病患者的抑郁、焦虑情绪的影响。方法将2018年1月~2018年12月64例在我院接受治疗的慢性酒精中毒性周围神经病患者纳入研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组(32例)与对照组(32例),分别给予米氮平联合治疗与常规治疗,对两组患者治疗前后下肢神经损害评分(NIS-LL)、神经症状改变评分(NSS)、焦虑(SAS)、抑郁(SDS)评分以及临床治疗效果进行综合评价。结果与治疗前相比,两组患者NIS-LL评分、NSS评分均有所降低,但观察组患者降低幅度更大,优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组SAS、SDS评分优于对照组(P<0.05),有统计学意义;观察组治疗总有效率VS对照组为93.75%VS78.13%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论米氮平能够促进慢性酒精中毒性周围神经病患者神经症状改善,缓解焦虑、抑郁心理。

Objective To observe the effect of mirtazapine on depression and anxiety in patients with chronic alcoholic peripheral neuropathy.Methods According to the principle of randomization,64 patients with chronic alcoholic peripheral neuropathy treated in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2018 were enrolled and divided into observation group(32 cases)and control group(32 cases).the patients in control group were given routine treatment,while the patients in observation group were given Mizapine combined routine treatment.The lower extremity neurological impairment score(NIS-LL,the neurological symptoms change score,the scores of SAS/SDS and the clinical efficacy of two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results Compared with before treatment,the NISLL score and NSS score of the two groups were decreased,but the level of decrease in the observation group was greater than that of the control group(P<0.05);SAS and SDS scores of in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05);the total effective rate of the observation group(93.75%)was better than that in in the control group(78.13%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Mirtazapine can improve the neurological symptoms,alleviate anxiety and depression in patients with chronic alcoholic peripheral neuropathy.
