甲状腺癌手术患者实施术前心理干预护理的效果

Effect of preoperative psychological intervention on patients with thyroid cancer surgery

目的探究甲状腺癌手术患者术前心理干预护理的临床效果。方法选取60例甲状腺癌手术患者,随机分为对照组、观察组,每组30例;对照组予以围术期传统护理,观察组提供术前心理干预护理;观察两组患者的焦虑自评量量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量量表(SDS)评分、认知度评分、治疗依从性评分、护理满意度评分及生理指标变化情况。结果观察组护理后,SAS评分,SDS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组认知度评分,治疗依从性评分,护理满意度评分均高于对照组,且生理指标变化情况亦优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论甲状腺癌手术患者予以术前心理干预护理,可更好地改善患者焦虑、抑郁情绪,提高疾病认知度及治疗依从性,有利于患者心率、血压的调整。

Objective To observe the effect of preoperative psychological intervention on patients with thyroid cancer surgery.Method 60 patients with thyroid carcinoma were selected And randomly divided into control group and observation group,30 patients in each group.Patients in the control group were given conventional nursing care while patients in the observation group were given preoperative psychological intervention on the basis of conventional one.Scores of SAS,SDS,recognition,treatment compliance,and nursing satisfaction between the two groups were compared.Results The scores of SAS and SDSwere lower in the observation group than those in the control group after nursing intervention(P<0.05).The scores of recognition,treatment compliance,and nursing satisfaction were higher in the observation group than those in the control group after nursing intervention,and the change of physiological indexes were also better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Preoperative psychological intervention can be better to improve the patient’s anxiety,and depression emotions,also improve the recognition,treatment compliance,and nursing satisfaction of patients with thyroid cancer surgery.It can also be more effective to regulate the patient’s heart rate,blood pressure,and other physiological parameters.
