中医养生理论对脑卒中恢复期患者康复效果的研究

Medicine Theory Study of Recovery Rehabilitation Effect of Patients With Cerebral Apoplexy

目的对脑卒中恢复期患者行中医养生理论护理,观察康复效果。方法择取佛山市禅城区中心医院于2015年1月—2016年5月期间收治的脑卒中恢复期患者102例,参考随机双盲法,将患者划分为研究组与对照组,每组各51例。对照组患者接受常规护理干预,研究组患者接受常规护理干预+中医养生理论护理,比较两组患者的康复效果。结果研究组患者的NIHSS评分、FIM评分以及健康状况评分均显著优于对照组,即相应数据比较,组间差异统计学意义具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论对脑卒中恢复期患者行中医养生理论护理,可以改善患者的健康状况,促进患者恢复,进而优化患者生存质量,值得临床推广与应用。

Objective Line of preserve one’s health of traditional Chinese medicine theory of nursing in patients with convalescence cerebral apoplexy,to observe the rehabilitation effect. Methods Will pick in our hospital in January 2015 to May 2016 treated 102 cases of patients with cerebral stroke recovery period,reference,randomized,double-blind method,will be divided into research group and control group,each group of 51 cases. The control group,patients received conventional nursing intervention group patients received conventional nursing care + medicine theory,comparing the rehabilitation effect of two groups of patients. Results The patients with team NIHSS score,FIM scores,and health scores were significantly better than the control group patients,the corresponding data comparison,statistical significance has significant difference between groups(P < 0. 05). Conclusion in patients with convalescence cerebral apoplexy line of traditional Chinese medicine theory of preserve one’s health care,can improve the patient’s health,promote the patient recover,and then optimize the quality of survival,worthy of clinical popularization and application.
