摘要
抽油机井变频控制技术能够通过优化调整电动机转速,降低电动机的输出功率峰值和波动范围,使电动机的运行轨迹和抽油机的运行状态更加合理。最终该技术能够达到降低抽油机井举升能耗,改善深井泵工作状态,提高抽油机井系统效率的目的。结合现场实测数据对该技术进行效果分析,为变频控制技术在油田上的进一步推广提供参考。
The motor running track and the pumping unit running status can be made more reasonable by optimizing the motor speed, reducing the peak power output and the fluctuation range of the motor. Finally the energy-consumption for oil pumping well lifting can be reduced, the deep well pump working status can be improved and the efficiency of the oil pumping well system can be increased by using the technology. It combines with the measured data to analyze the technology effect, sums up some experiences and provides the reference for the further promotion of frequency conversion control technology in the oilfield.
