摘要
随着环保形势日益严峻,提高污水处理工艺运行效率、减少污泥排放量成为亟待解决的问题。结合葡萄花油田"污泥浓缩罐+离心机"和"污泥浓缩罐+叠螺机"两种排泥处理工艺的应用效果,对比分析现场数据,确定两种工艺的适用范围,提高污水处理工艺效率及水质达标率,有效解决了含油污水处理工艺中的污泥回收问题;并结合分析结果,提出完善排泥工艺的工作思路及建议,实现油田可持续发展。
With the increasingly severe environmental situation, it becomes a problem to be solved to improve the efficiency of waste water treatment processes and reduce sludge discharge. Combining with two kinds of sludge treatment process effects in Putaohua oilfield(sludge thickening tank + centrifuge and sludge concentration tank + stack snail machine), analyzing comparatively field data, determining the application scope of the two kinds of processes, and improving the sewage treatment process efficiency and water quality compliance rate, the sludge recycling problems in oily waste water treatment process can be effectively solved.Combined with analysis results, working ideas and suggestions on improving sludge discharge process have been proposed, the sustainable development of oilfield can be realized.
