油田利用热泵回收余热的现状及效果分析 被引量:2

摘要 为了节能减排,提高能源利用率,大庆油田近年来利用热泵进行生产工艺产生的余热回收。目前已经逐步推广利用电动压缩式热泵回收油田采出水、工艺循环冷却水中的余热,将余热转化后进行建筑采暖供热,先后已经建成投产热泵工程数十项,取得了良好的节能效果。按照工程实例测算,若油田采出水能实现余热有效回用,年节省生产成本上亿元。热泵利用油田生产工艺循环冷却水可稳定运行,可以尝试继续扩大规模应用。 For energy-saving & emission-reducing and improving energy efficiency, the waste heat from production process can be recycled by heat pump in Daqing oilfield in recent years. The waste heat from liquid-producing and circulating cooling water can be recycled by using electric compression heat pump for the building heating. Dozens of heat pump projects have been put into operation and the better energy-saving effects have been obtained. According to the practical engineering calculation, if the waste heat from oilfield produced water can be reused effectively, billions of production cost(Yuan) can be saved per year.
