摘要
北Ⅱ-2深冷是新投用的5套浅冷后接干气深冷装置,结合较富气源吃配困难问题,主要从提高深冷装置原料气重组分含量、改变浅冷工况运行、主要操作参数优化配置三方面进行开展研究,确定浅冷后接深冷装置整体产能及能耗的最优配置运行方案,最终达到提高北Ⅱ-2深冷装置轻烃收率、降低装置能耗的目的。
Bei Ⅱ-2 cryogenic is one of five new shallow cooling connecting dry gas cryogenic separation plants.Considering problem of rich gas source supply difficulty, the research has been conducted from increasing heavy components of original gas, changing shallow cooling operation condition, optimizing main operation parameters. The optimal operation scheme on capacity and energy-consumption of device has been determined.The increasing light hydrocarbon yield and reducing the energy-consumption of Bei Ⅱ-2 separation plant can be realized.
