摘要
针对萨南原油稳定装置排烟温度高、热效率低、耗气量大的情况,通过改造、调整加热炉挡板控制面板,现场试验摸索空气过剩系数与加热炉各参数的关系规律,找出了加热炉挡板及空气过剩系数最佳控制范围,为生产运行提供了依据;并且年可节约燃料气约67×104m3,节约费用约110万元。
Aiming at higher exhaust temperature, lower thermal efficiency and larger gas-consumption of Sanan crude oil stabilization unit, the optimum control range between heat furnace damper and excess air coefficient can be obtained by transforming and adjusting the control panel of heating furnace damper and finding out the relationship between excess air coefficient and heat furnace parameters, the basis can be provided for the production operation. 67×104m^3 of the fuel gas and 1,10×10~4 Yuan of cost can be saved per year.
