Quality Control of the Proficiency Testing of Benzo [a]pyrene in Water

目的探讨水中苯并[a]芘检测能力验证中的质量控制。方法运用高效液相法测定水中苯并[a]芘盲样比对样品,并对影响实验的各种因素进行质量控制。结果水中苯并[a]芘检测能力验证结果均为满意。结论能力验证及其相关的质量控制是衡量考核实验室水平的关键指标。

Objectives To explore the quality control of the proficiency testing of benzo[a]pyrene in water.Methods The blind samples of benzo[a]pyrene in water were determined by High Performance Liquid Chromatography(HPLC),and quality control of various factors affecting the experiment was carried out.Results The result of blind samples of benzo[a]pyrene in water were all satisfactory.Conclusions The proficiency testing and related quality control are key indicators to measure the level of laboratory.
