红细胞载体药物研究进展

摘要 红细胞是人体血液中含量最高的细胞成分。与传统的基于合成材料的载体相比,红细胞载体具有易获得、容量大、生物相容性高、循环时间长、消除机制安全等显著优势。自20世纪70年代以来,对红细胞载体药物已进行了广泛深入的研究,其中不少研究成果已展现出良好的临床应用前景。本文从载药方法、主要优势和不足等方面,综述了近几年来红细胞载体药物的研究成果,为相关领域的研究提供参考。 Erythrocytes,also known as red blood cells(RBC),are the most abundant cellular components in human blood.Compared with traditional synthetic drug carriers,erythrocytes have significant advantages such as easy availability,large capacity,high biocompatibility,long cycling time and safe elimination mechanism. Since the 1970 s,scientists have conducted extensive and indepth research on drug delivery systems based on erythrocytes,many of which have shown good clinical application prospects. This paper reviews the research results of erythrocyte-based drug delivery systems in recent years from the aspects of drug-loading methods,main advantages and deficiencies,to provide reference for related researches.
