儿童给药释药系统及给药装置研究进展

Drug delivery systems and delivery devices for children:research advances

儿童有着与成人不同的生理特点,并且从心理上对药物的色香味及用药的依从性要求高,研发成本大,目前中国儿童专用药物品种、规格、剂型均较少,且有效的儿童给药装置也相对缺乏,严重阻碍了儿童给药技术的发展。本文总结了与儿童给药技术相关的释药系统及新剂型的研究进展,如口腔崩解片、口腔速溶膜、微片、凝胶贴剂、鼻腔制剂等,并分析了针对儿童开发的适用于口服、肺部、注射、鼻腔、眼部给药途径的"儿童友好"型给药装置的现状及进展,同时结合儿童这一特殊群体的生理及心理特点,为中国儿童给药技术的发展提供新思路。

Children have different physiological characteristics from adults,and they have higher psychological requirements for the color,smell and the taste of drugs,as well as the medication adherence. Children′s drug also needs higher research and development costs. At present,there are fewer varieties,specifications and dosage forms of special drugs for children in China,and effective delivery devices for children′s drug are also relatively lacking,which seriously hinders the development of drug delivery technology for children. This paper summarizes the research progress in new drug delivery systems and dosage forms for children,such as orally disintegrating tablets,oral fast-dissolving films,mini-tablets,gel plaster and nasal preparations as well as the current status and developments of child-friendly drug delivery devices related to oral,pulmonary,injection,nasal,and ocular drug delivery,hoping to provide new ideas for the development of drug delivery technology for children in China.
