摘要
柚皮素是一种天然黄酮类化合物,主要存在于芸香科植物如柑橘类水果和茄科植物西红柿中。现代医学证实柚皮素具有抗炎、抗氧化、抗凋亡、抗纤维化、预防动脉粥样硬化、抗病毒和改善糖、脂代谢等作用。糖尿病性心肌病(DCM)是一种特异性心肌病,其发病分子机制可能与糖、脂代谢紊乱以及氧化应激有关。本文就柚皮素对糖尿病性心肌病的治疗作用及其机制作一综述,并展望柚皮素治疗DCM的临床应用前景。
Naringenin is a natural flavonoid that mainly exists in the plants of Rutaceae,such as citrus fruits,and Solanaceae tomato.It has been proven that naringenin has a variety of pharmacological effects such as the anti-inflammation,anti-oxidation,reducing apoptosis,anti-fibrosis,prevention of atherosclerosis,anti-virus,and improvment of glucose and lipid metabolism.Diabetic cardiomyopathy(DCM)is a specific disease,and the molecular mechanism of DCM is likely related to the disorder of glucose and lipid metabolism and the oxidative stress.This paper reviews the ameliorative effect and related mechanism of naringenin on the occurrence and development of DCM as well as the prospect of clinical application of naringenin in the treatment of DCM.
