摘要
三氟甲硫基团具有独特的性质,在材料和医药领域有着良好的应用前景。其中自由基类型的三氟甲硫基化反应在近年来进展迅速。在自由基类型的三氟甲硫基化反应中,主要有两种构建策略:第一种是产生三氟甲硫基自由基反应,第二种是产生烷基自由基反应。根据现有含三氟甲硫基药物的分子结构,该类反应可细分为杂环骨架、烷基链状骨架及其他骨架类含三氟甲硫基产物构建反应,本文从构建不同含三氟甲硫基骨架分子的角度进行归纳综述。
The trifluoromethyl sulfide group has a unique property and wide application potential in materials and pharmaceutical industry.The free radical type trifluoromethylthiolation reactions have developed rapidly in recent years.There are mainly two methods introducing SCF3 group:the first is to generate SCF3 radicals followed by reacting with electrophiles;the second is to generate CF3 radicals followed by reacting with sulfur-containing substance.According to the existing molecular structure of trifluoromethylsulfide-containing drugs,the products of these reactions are sub-divided into heterocyclic skeleton,alkyl chain skeleton and other SCF3-containing skeleton.In this paper,we summarize and discuss the reactions for the construction of different SCF3-containing skeleton molecules.
