纳米载体细胞核靶向递送抗肿瘤药物研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 细胞核作为遗传物质储存的中心,在肿瘤细胞增殖转移过程中起关键作用,将抗肿瘤药物靶向递送至细胞核能有效提高肿瘤治疗效果。由于肿瘤细胞自身较强的防御机制可使药物进入细胞核内的有效浓度大大减低,如何将药物有效递送至肿瘤细胞核仍是目前研究的方向。纳米载体因具有良好的载药性及粒径小能绕过P-gp规避多药耐药等特点,在药物细胞核靶向递送中应用广泛。本文主要对近年来利用纳米载体向细胞核递送抗肿瘤药物的递送系统进行综述,重点详述各种纳米载体在癌症治疗中的应用。 The nucleus,as the center of genetic material storage,plays a key role in the process of tumor cell proliferation and metastasis.Targeted delivery of anti-tumor drugs to the nucleus can effectively improve the therapeutic effect on the drugs.The strong defense mechanism of tumor cells reduces the effective concentration of the drug in the nucleus,so how to effectively deliver the drug to the nucleus is still the current research direction.Nano-carriers can be widely used in drug-nuclear targeted delivery because of their good drug-loading properties,small particle size,and their ability to bypass P-gp to evade multi-drug resistance.In this paper,we mainly review the delivery systems that use nano-carriers to deliver antitumor drugs to the nucleus in recent years,with a focus on the research and application of various nanocarriers in cancer therapy.
