榆白皮的化学成分和药理活性研究进展

Chemical constituents and pharmacological activities of Ulmus pumila L. :research advances

榆白皮是榆科(Ulmaceae)植物榆(Ulmus pumila L.)的树皮和根皮的韧皮部部分,广泛分布于全国各省区,资源非常丰富。主要含有萜类、苯丙素、木质素和黄酮类等多种化学成分,并具有抗炎、抗氧化、抗菌、抗败血症等多种药理活性,尤其是在抗肿瘤方面,更具潜在的研究价值。本文全面查阅并总结近30年来的国内外文献,对榆白皮的化学成分和药理活性进行归纳总结,以期为该药材更深入的研究与开发提供参考。

The barks of stem and root of Ulmus pumila L.(Ulmaceae),widely distributed in China,have been used in Chinese folk medicine.They mainly contain sesquiterpenes,triterpenes,lignans,flavonoids and other effective chemical components.It has been reported that U.pumila barks have multiple pharmacological activities,including anti-inflammatory,anti-oxidant,anti-bacterial and anti-sepsis activities.Especially,the potential value of the barks in anticancer research has attracted great attention of researchers.This review summarizes the recent advances in the chemical constituents and pharmacological effects of U.pumila barks to provide reference for their further research and application.
