香菇多糖胶囊联合伐昔洛韦治疗带状疱疹的临床研究

Clinical study on Lentinan Capsules combined with valaciclovir in treatment of herpes zoster

目的探讨香菇多糖胶囊联合盐酸伐昔洛韦片治疗带状疱疹的临床疗效。方法选取2016年2月—2017年8月海阳市人民医院收治带状疱疹患者86例为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,每组各43例。对照组口服盐酸伐昔洛韦片,0.3 g/次,1次/d。治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上口服香菇多糖胶囊,5粒/次,2次/d。两组连患者续治疗14 d后统计疗效。观察两组的临床疗效,比较两组症状改善情况、炎症因子、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分。结果治疗后,对照组和治疗组的总有效率分别为74.42%、90.70%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组的止痛时间、水疱消失时间、结痂时间均短于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白细胞介素-4(IL-4)水平均明显降低,白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、γ-干扰素(IFN-γ)水平均明显升高,同组治疗前后比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);且治疗后治疗组的hs-CRP、IL-4水平低于对照组,IL-2、IFN-γ水平高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的VAS评分明显降低,同组治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且治疗后治疗组的VAS评分低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论香菇多糖胶囊联合盐酸伐昔洛韦片治疗带状疱疹具有较好的临床疗效,能改善临床症状,调节炎症因子的水平,具有一定的临床推广应用价值。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Lentinan Capsules combined with Valacyclovir Hydrochloride Tablets in treatment of herpes zoster.Methods Patients(86 cases)with herpes zoster in Haiyang People’s Hospital from February 2016 to August 2017 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups,and each group had 43 cases.Patients in the control group were po administered with Valacyclovir Hydrochloride Tablets,0.3 g/time,once daily.Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Lentinan Capsules on the basis of the control group,5 grains/time,twice times daily.Patients in two groups were treated for 14 d.After treatment,the clinical efficacies were evaluated,and the improvement of symptoms,inflammatory factors,and VAS scores in two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the clinical efficacies in the control and treatment groups were74.42%and 90.70%,respectively,and there was difference between two groups(P<0.05).After treatment,pain relief time,blister disappearance time,and scab formation time of herpes zoster in the treatment group were shorter than those in the control group,and there was difference between two groups(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of hs-CRP and IL-4 in two groups were significantly decreased,but the levels of IL-2 and IFN-γin two groups were significantly increased,and the difference was statistically significant in the same group(P<0.05).And the inflammatory factors levels in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group,with significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).After treatment,VAS scores in two groups were significantly decreased,and the difference was statistically significant in the same group(P<0.05).And the VAS scores in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group,with significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Lentinan Capsules combined with Valacyclovir Hydrochloride Tablets has clinical curative effect in treatment of herpes zoster,can improve clinical symptoms,and regulate the level of inflammatory factors,which has a certain clinical application value.
