摘要 本文采用顺丁橡胶和低密度聚乙烯并用生产泡沫材料,结果表明,选择好最佳工艺条件时,材料的综合性能最佳。填充CaCO_3能降低成本,调整制品的硬度、比重等性能,还可使泡沫片在开模泄压膨胀时易于定型,并对它们的防滑性能有所改善。当CaCO_3加入量为10~20份时,制成的泡沫材料质轻、柔软、弹性好、耐磨,满足了制品使用要求。 The blowing microporous materials are made by blendtng of BR and LDPE. The results show that the complex property of the materials is very good when the ratio of rubber/plastics, cross linking agent, blowing agent and composite blowing aid are 20--25/80--75,0.7--1.0,3--4.5and 2.5--4, respectively. Filling CaCO_3 not only can decrease the cost of products, adjust their hardness, gravity and so on,but also can improve their properties of forming and slide prevention. When the amount of CaCO_3 is 10-20, the blowing microporous materials are light, soft, elastic and abrasion--proof. In a word, the blowing microporous materials can satisfy the needs of products.
