摘要
本文研究了烷基锂为引发剂引发异戊二烯聚合中体系杂质对引发剂用量的影响;溶剂种类对聚合反应,聚合物分子量,胶液粘度的影响;反应温度、单体浓度对聚合反应的影响。制得的胶液可制备负型光刻胶。
