摘要
本文报导用电导率、分光光度及激光散射等方法研究合成丁二烯橡胶用的Mo(Ⅳ.)系催化剂各组分间的相互作用。实验表明,增溶剂乙酸乙酯在室温下即与MoCl_4或Al(i-C_4H_9)_3反应;溶剂辛醇在升温下与MoCl_4发生交换反应;Al(i-C_4H_9)_3与MoCl_4的反应可按Al/Mo(摩尔比)分成三个阶段,混合体系的电导率,UV—VIS光谱、激光散射强度及颜色在各阶段有明显区别。
In this work, interactions among components of Mo(Ⅳ) catalyst for polymerization of butadiene have been investigated by using methods of conductvity, UV VIS spectroscopy and laser scattering. The obtained results show that CH_3COOC_2H_5 may react with MoCl_4 or Al(i-C_4H_9)_3 at ambient temperature, that the exchange reaction between n-C_8H_(17)OH and Al (i—C_4H_9)_3oecurs at elevated temperature, and that the reactions between Al (i-C_4H_9)_3 and MoCl_4 may be divided into three stages, and in different stage the conductivity, absorbance, intensity of Scattering laser and colour of solutions are different.
