摘要
在企业管理中 ,各国的企业管理模式不尽相同。本文认为 ,不同的文化传统塑造了各具特色的企业管理模式 ,文章选取了美国、日本和中国这三个典型个案 。
Different country has different management pattern in the enterprises management. This paper holds that different traditional culture creates different enterprise management pattern with its own characteristics. Three typical cases from America, Japan, China are selected to analyze the effects of the traditional cultures on enterprises management patterns.
