摘要
在一个对教育的经济作用抱有很高期望的社会里 ,人们却对教育的经济作用特性缺乏足够的认识。根据十多年来在 2 3个省市进行的教育与社会调查 ,结合教育经济学理论分析 ,本文提出教育对经济产生作用的不等效性、两极性、或然性、波动性、多象性、位相性、漂移性等尚未为人们所认识的特性 。
The understanding of the characteristics of the economic effects of education is inadequate in a society that has a high expectation for the economic effects of education. This article states and briefly analyzes some unknown characteristics of the economic effects of education, such as unequal effects, bi-polarity, occasionality, fluctuation, multi-phenomena, phases and float.
