摘要
采用环烷酸镍—三异丁基铝催化体系,对SBS进行选择性加氢。对催化体系及反应条件的研究表明,当C=C/Ni(mol/mol)=200,Al/Ni(mol/mol)=1~1.5,氢压为2MPa,反应时间4~8小时,聚丁二烯段的加氢度可达90%以上。所得SEBS的拉伸强度为23.4~28.1MPa,伸长率为760%,脆化温度<-70℃,其性能与shell公司的同类品种相当。
The SBS was hydrogenated by using nickelous naphthenatetriisobutylaluminum catalyst system. The studies on catalyst system and reaction conditions showed that the degree of hydrogenation of rubber block(PB) can be more than 90% when C=C/Ni(mol/mol)=200,Al/Ni(mol/mol)=1-1. 5and P_H_2=2MPa. The reaction time was 4-8 hrs. The tensile strength, elongation break and brittleness temperature of SEBS obtained are 23.4-28.1MPa,760% and <-70℃ respectively. The properties of SEBS are same as that producted by Shell Co.
