本文在分析了中国入世高教期刊面临的严峻形势之后 ,提出了高教期刊编辑应从思想政治素质、业务素质、心理健康素质等方面 ,加强民族意识、市场意识。

This article analyzes the grave situations facing the journals on higher education after China's entry into WTO, and proposes that the journals on higher education should strengthen international senses of nationality, market and innovation, from the aspects of political and professional competence and mental health.
