摘要
技术性贸易壁垒(Technical Barriers to Trade TBT)是贸易非关税措施中的一个组成部分,对当今国际贸易产生着越来越大的影响。如何正确认识,采取有效的回应策略,是我国入世以后加快对外贸易发展的一个重要课题。
a component of non-tariff measures for commerce and trade, technical barriers to trade will exert greater influencer upon Chinese present international trade. How to get a correct understanding of the agreement and how to find an effective counter -measure will be an important subject for study so as to accelerate China's development in foreign trade after her entry into WTO.
