Cultural Qualification Education: the Starting Point of Integration of Science Education and Social Sciences Education

促进科学技术教育 (简称科学教育 )与人文教育的融合 ,是 2 1世纪高等教育改革与发展的必然趋势。本文认为 ,文化素质教育是在新的历史时期促进我国科学教育与人文教育融合的切入点。

The integration of science education and social sciences education is a necessity for the reforms and development of higher education in the 21st century.The author of this paper holds that the cultural qualification education is the very conjunction point for the integration of science education and social sciences education. Based on the above reflections the author makes exploration into the measures for promoting cultural qualification education in institutions of higher learning.
