摘要
本文以充油顺丁胶/高密度聚乙烯(OEBR/HDPE)=60/40为基本体系,以HVA—2为交联剂,对其动态硫化共混体的物性及流变性能进行了研究。结果表明,共混体的力学性能随交联剂HVA—2用量的增加而提高;在流变行为的研究过程中,本文选用适当的数学模型,对数据进行回归分析,通过所建立的剪切粘度与剪切速率的回归方程,准确地计算出非牛顿指数和表观活化能。文中还对OEBR和HDPE的相容性进行了探讨。
The mechanical and rheologic properties of oil-extended polybutadiene rubber/high density polyethylene (OEBR/HDPE)thermoplastic elastomer using HVA—2 as curing agent were studied. It was showed that the mechanical properties increased with the amounts of HVA--2 increased. Studing on rheologic properties, suitable mathematic model was selected and the datums of experiment was regressively analysed. Non-Newton index and E'_n were calculated exactly. Capability of OEBR and HDPE was studied also.
