营养扶贫的理论研究与实践探索

Study and practice on nutrition-based poverty alleviation

消除贫困是世界性难题,而营养扶贫是其中不可缺失的一环。国内外已经开展了营养扶贫的相关工作,但是尚未形成比较成熟的定义,也缺乏相关的科学研究及综述。重庆医科大学赵勇教授研究团队(下文简称"本研究团队")在前期研究与实践基础上初步提出营养扶贫的定义和范畴,即营养扶贫是通过动用所有相关营养资源来助推扶贫工作,包括健康扶贫、营养科普扶贫和营养产业扶贫3个方面。本研究团队一直致力于本土的营养扶贫工作,已经在重庆市多个区县开展了专门的居民营养扶贫项目(如城市贫民地区弱势群体营养扶贫),成功联合主办了我国第一届"营养扶贫工作研讨会"。本文对营养扶贫进行系统的文献研究,并结合自身的营养扶贫工作进行实践探讨。

To relief poverty is a global challenge and nutrition-poverty alleviation is one crucial part.Both at home and abroad the work related with nutrition-based poverty alleviation has been conducted,yet there is no unified definition or scientific researches and review about it.Professor Zhao Yong's research team from CQMU(hereafter referred to the research team)gave the definition and categories of nutrition-based poverty alleviation based on their early study and practice,namely it means advocating nutrition-based poverty alleviation work with all the resources available associating with nutrition,including health poverty alleviation,nutrition popularization of science and industrial nutrition alleviation.The research team have been focusing on local nutrition-based poverty alleviation work and have conducted some activities in local communities and counties(such as the nutrition-based poverty alleviation for social vulnerable people in urban poor area).And we have joined the host of the first National Nutrition-based Poverty Alleviation Seminar.This paper summarized the previous literature and discussed the nutrition-based poverty alleviation work based on our practices.
