摘要
为了保证锅炉着火稳定、燃烧安全,同时具有较高的效率和环保指标,对某600 MW机组改造后的低氮燃烧器进行运行特性试验。介绍了低氮燃烧器燃烧原理,探讨高位燃尽风(SOFA)风门开度、SOFA风水平摆角、SOFA风投运组合等因素的变化对锅炉燃烧的影响,找出锅炉满负荷工况下再热汽温、锅炉效率、飞灰含碳量、NOx排放浓度等运行特性。得出的结论可为低氮燃烧器改造设计和性能鉴定试验提供技术依据。
In order to guarantee the ignition stability and combustion security of boiler,and have higher efficiency and environmental protection index,operation performance of low nitrogen burner in a 600 MW unit after modification was tested. Combustion principle of low nitrogen burner is introduced. Influences of the change of factors including opening degree of SOFA,horizontal swing angle of SOFA and operation combination of SOFA to the boiler combustion is discussed.Operation performances including reheating steam temperature,boiler efficiency,carbon content of flying ash and emission concentration of NOx under full load working condition of boiler are found. Conclusions obtained can provide technical basis to the low nitrogen burner modification and design and performance evaluation test.
