摘要
针对某发电公司湿式球磨机出力不足以及石灰石溢流浆液细度过高的问题,通过现场检查与分析,发现石灰石给料和给水配比不当、石灰石浆液再循环泵出口管道节流孔板选型偏小、石灰石旋流子底部沉沙嘴磨损严重是问题产生的原因,并提出了相应的改造措施。改造完成后,湿式球磨机的出力达到设计值,确保了制浆系统经济运行,石灰石浆液细度保持在96%左右。
Aiming at problems including insufficient output power of wet ball mill and over high fineness of limestone overflow slurry,and by field inspection and analysis,reasons caused problems are improper proportion between limestone and water supply,the smaller selection of orifice plate of outlet pipe of limestone slurry recirculation pump,the severe wear of sink spit under the bottom of limestone cyclone. Corresponding modification measures are proposed. After the modification,the output power of the wet ball mill reached its design value,which guarantees the economical operation of slurry system and the fineness of limestone slurry around 96%.
