Discussion on the Concept of Innovation Management

创新人才的研究是当前管理学着重研究的课题。创新型人的一般特征,"创新"的本质、意义及实现条件。"创新人"与构建创新体制、建全市场经济、教育体制改革的关系。

Innovator' which are widely used at present, focusing on the general character of the innovator. On the basis of the value and significance of 'innovation', the rational analysis for the conditions to realize it and the limitation, the paper gives the fresh idea of 'consciousness of innovation, spirit of innovation and ability of innovation', so as to put out the main point of the paper-that is the entirely new tentative idea of the 'innovator'. The paper also discusses the relation among the 'innovator', the new structure system.
